Shipping & Deliveries

  • We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
  • Dispatch time: Usually 1–3 business days, with a maximum of 7 business days.
  • Tracked shipping is available on all items, you can also choose untracked (cheaper) shipping at checkout for eligible items.
  • Untracked shipping is at your own risk, if it goes missing, we can't offer a replacement or refund. (Exceptions apply for Riso Mail Club subscriptions, please see the policy)
  • International orders may attract customs fees or import duties, these are the customer's responsibility, and outside our control.

Full Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to Australia and internationally, worldwide. Shipping costs and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

2. Dispatch times

We're a small, one-person operation, and every order is packed by hand. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of purchase, with a maximum dispatch time of 7 business days. During busy periods (markets, holidays, new releases), dispatch may take longer, we'll do our best to communicate any delays.

Dispatch time is separate from delivery time, once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.

3. Tracked vs untracked shipping

All items with the exception of Riso Mail Club are eligible for tracked shipping. At checkout, you may also have the option to select untracked shipping for some items, usually at a lower cost.

  • Tracked shipping: You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
  • Untracked shipping: This is a budget option and comes with no proof of delivery. If you choose untracked shipping and your item doesn't arrive, this is at your own risk, we're not able to offer a replacement or refund in most cases, as we have no way to confirm what happened to the parcel after it left us. If tracking and peace of mind matter to you, we recommend choosing tracked shipping.

4. International orders, customs, and import duties

For orders shipped outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility to pay if applicable.

We don't have visibility or control over another country's customs process, so we can't predict or guarantee whether charges will apply, how much they'll be, or how long customs processing will take. We're also not able to mark international orders as "gifts" or under-declare their value, as this isn't accurate or legal.

5. Delivery timeframes and delays

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees. Once your order is dispatched, delivery is outside our control and subject to postal and customs processing, which can be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather, or other disruptions.

6. Incorrect delivery details

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we're happy to help resend it, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
