Full Policy

1. Scope

These terms apply to any giveaway, competition, contest, or promotion ("giveaway") run by Always Friends ©, whether on Instagram, our website, at markets, or elsewhere, along with any user-generated content ("UGC") submitted to us as part of a giveaway or otherwise (e.g. tagged photos, comments, or direct submissions).

2. How winners are chosen

Depending on the specific giveaway, winners may be selected by:

  • Random draw from all eligible entries, or
  • Judged selection, based on criteria such as creativity, quality, or relevance to a theme

The method used for winner selection will be stated in the specific giveaway's post, listing, or announcement. Our decision on winners is final.

3. Entry requirements

To enter a giveaway, you must follow the specific entry instructions provided in that giveaway's post (e.g. liking, commenting, tagging, following, or submitting an entry). We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Doesn't meet the stated entry requirements
  • Appears to use fake accounts, bots, or other manipulation to gain extra entries
  • Contains offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person is permitted per giveaway.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described in the specific giveaway post
  • Prizes have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for other products, unless we state otherwise
  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the originally advertised prize becomes unavailable

5. Claiming your prize

Winners will be contacted via the platform the giveaway was run on (e.g. Instagram DM) or via email if applicable. Winners must respond and provide any necessary details (e.g. shipping address) within 7 days of being contacted, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible entrant.

6. User-generated content and consent

By publicly tagging us, entering a giveaway, commenting with your own photos/content, or otherwise submitting content to Always Friends ©, you agree that:

  • You own the content or have the right to share it
  • You grant Always Friends © permission to repost, share, and use that content across our social media, website, and marketing materials, with credit to you where reasonably possible (e.g. tagging your handle)
  • This use is provided free of charge, and doesn't entitle you to any payment or royalty

If you'd prefer we don't use your content, please let us know directly and we'll remove or avoid using it going forward.

7. Platform disclaimer

Our giveaways are run independently by Always Friends © and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform they may be hosted on. Any questions, comments, or concerns about a giveaway should be directed to us, not the platform.

8. Our rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time, including due to technical issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or behaves inappropriately toward us or other entrants.
