  • We accept cash and card/tap payments at markets and events.

  • Stock at markets is limited and first-come, first-served; we can't guarantee an item will still be available online after a market.

Full Policy

1. Where this applies

This policy applies to any purchase made in person from Always Friends © at a market, pop-up, fair, or other live event, as distinct from purchases made through our online store.

2. Payment methods

We accept both cash and card/tap payments at our markets and events. Occasionally, technical issues (e.g. card reader connectivity) may mean only one payment method is available on the day — we'll do our best to let you know in advance via our social media if this is expected.

3. Pricing

Prices at markets and events are generally the same as our online store, but may be adjusted or discounted to reflect the specific costs and context of that event (e.g. stallholder fees, event-exclusive bundles, or promotions). Prices are final at the time of purchase and won't be adjusted retroactively.

4. Final sale

All market and event purchases are final sale. We're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on items purchased in person, including for faults, as we're not able to verify the condition of an item at the time of sale versus afterward. Please check your items thoroughly — condition, contents, and completeness — before leaving our stall. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Stock availability

Markets often feature limited-run prints, one-off items, or reduced stock of popular products. We can't guarantee that a product available at a market will also be available online, or vice versa, and we don't offer holds or reservations on market stock unless explicitly agreed in advance.

6. Photography and social media

We're happy for customers and visitors to photograph our stall, products, and displays at markets. If you share your photos on social media, we'd love it if you tagged @[insert Instagram handle] — but tagging isn't required, and there's no obligation to credit us.

We may also take photos of our stall, products, and the general market environment for our own marketing and social media purposes. If you'd prefer not to be identifiable in any photos we take, just let us know at our stall.

7. Behaviour and conduct

We want markets to be a warm, welcoming experience for everyone. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately towards us or other customers at our stall.
